We especially appreciate their flexible approach - if something needs to be fixed, they respond very quickly. Their innovations are a great asset. For example, remote monitoring, which makes it possible to identify a fault before it is reported by medical staff. Other companies have this technology, so we don't see it as a competitive advantage, but as an important standard. In terms of improvements, we regularly communicate with developers about possible modifications. They are always willing to explain what can be implemented and why not, and suggest alternative solutions. The cooperation with Mr. Floder is absolutely professional and top-notch.

Her approach is very accommodating, so we had no problem making arrangements. We had a number of questions and all of them were answered in a clear and understandable way. We dealt with the replacement of the old S-P communication system with a new one based on a different platform. We debated whether to go wireless or wired, and it was important to resolve this issue at the beginning of the project. In the end, we preferred the wireless system. From a functional point of view, the system is absolutely reliable and I also rate the design positively. The device is intuitive, which makes it easy to use - patients have no problem with it. It is a familiar system, so the staff know exactly how to operate it.
In my opinion, CODACO has no competition.
And that's why I'm going to try to push them to every collaboration. We've been doing business together for a long time, and they're getting better all the time. CODACO are not just manufacturers - they develop products, they always have goods in stock and they simply know how. And that's a huge advantage. I see on the website that they operate outside the EU as well, so they're definitely not cut-throat.

The signalling system suits us perfectly. The voice of the virtual nurse and the melodies are also perfectly fine. We would like to upgrade the equipment, but currently we do not have the financial means to do so. We have not needed service yet, as the system works without any problems. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.
